Fall 2009 Registration is Open
Northwest Washington Little League is pleased to announce that registration for the Fall 2009 season is now open.
Register by July 31 for a $20 discount per player registered.
We offer baseball programs for boys and girls League Age 5 to 17, and softball for girls League Age 12-14. [League Age for baseball is a player's age on April 30, 2009. League Age for Softball is a player's age on January 1, 2009.] For more about our divisions and programs, see Divisions & Teams page.
You may register online. Please note, players will be placed on teams only upon our receipt of full payment. [For registrants requesting a fee waiver, the League will process the waiver and place the player on a team.]
Information about the Prep Division for 12-year-olds
For fall 2009, NWLL is inviting League Age 12 players (those who were 12 as of April 30, 2009) to play up in our Prep Division. This flyer has information about your options. Note your player may also choose to play in Majors and in the Prep Division for the Fall, but would only be asked to pay the registration fee for the Prep Division. If you have questions about this, please contact the NWLL Prep/Senior Commissioner, Glenn Williamson, at prep@nwlldc.org.

Fall 13U Northwest DC Travel Team Forming
A 13U Travel Team is being formed for the fall season. NWLL is defining '13U' as any player who has not yet reached age 14 as of April 30, 2010. Please see flyer (Adobe PDF) for more information. Any interested player that did not make the June 17th tryouts is encouraged to arrange a makeup time this month by contacting Bob C. at treasurer@nwlldc.org.
Playoffs and Regular Season Final Standings and Playoffs Winners
Congratulations to the Majors Red Sox and the AAA Astros for first place in the final regular season standings. Congratulations to the Majors Dodgers for winning the NWLL Majors Division Championship. Much thanks and appreciation to all players, coaches and volunteers for a season of great youth baseball.
