Northwest Washington Little League (NWLL) operates with dedicated coaches that believe the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and citizenship can be taught to children through participation in Little League. Many coaches have been affiliated with the league for years and have established strong connections with current and former players.

NWLL requires all coaches to adhere to a code of conduct and league rules. All NWLL coaches and volunteers are required to register with NWLL and will be subject to a background check.
